Yes, we ship worldwide.
However, due to logistics restrictions, we currently do not ship to the following regions:
Cuba, Iran, Sudan, Syria, Yemen, Bahamas
2. Shipping Cost
Free shipping on orders over $59.99
For orders below this amount, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and order details.
3. Delivery Time
Total delivery time = Processing time + Shipping time
(Please note that delays may occur due to customs, holidays, or other unforeseen factors.)

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days
Shipping Time
Standard shipping typically takes 7–20 business days
Orders placed outside business hours will be processed on the next business day.
Most customers receive their orders within 2 weeks under normal conditions.
4. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure that your shipping details are correct at checkout.
If you need to make changes, contact us within 2 hours of placing your order.
Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to modify or redirect the address.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. After that, you will be able to click: TRACK MY ORDER to track the shipment status.
6. Tracking Not Updating
It is normal for tracking information to take a few days to update after shipment.
This usually occurs while the package is in transit to the international sorting center. Please allow a few days for updates.
7. Delayed or Missing Packages
If your order has not arrived within 60 days after shipment, please contact us.
After verification, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund.
