We want you to love your MagnetPure bracelet. Every piece is quality-checked before it ships, and if anything isn't right when it reaches you, we'll always do our best to make it right. Just reach out to us at contact@magnetpure.com and we'll take care of you.
1. If Your Item Arrives Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect
This is the part we never want you to worry about. If your bracelet arrives with a defect, gets damaged in transit, or isn't the item you ordered, simply contact us within 30 days of delivery with a quick photo. We'll review the issue and work with you on the best way to resolve it, which may include a replacement or a refund depending on the situation. Your peace of mind is exactly what we're here for.
2. A Note on Hygiene
Because our bracelets are worn directly against the skin, the health and comfort of every customer comes first. For this reason, items that have been worn, used, opened, altered, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return or exchange. We're sure you understand, the same way you'd want your own bracelet to arrive fresh and untouched.
3. Change-of-Mind Returns
We completely understand that preferences can change. That said, because these are personal, skin-contact items, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges simply for a change of mind. This includes situations such as changing your mind, no longer needing the item, or not liking the style or color. We'd gently encourage you to review your selection at checkout so we can get the right piece to you the first time.
4. Order Changes & Cancellations
We process orders quickly so they can reach you as soon as possible. If you'd like to change or cancel your order, please contact us as early as you can and we'll be glad to help. Please note that once an order has been shipped, we're no longer able to cancel it or refund it, as it is already on its way to you.
5. How to Start a Return
Please contact us first at contact@magnetpure.com with your order number before sending anything back, as items returned without prior approval can't be processed. We'll guide you through every step.
6. Refunds
Once an approved return is received and inspected, we'll let you know the outcome and issue any approved refund to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may need a little extra time to post it.
7. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped within the European Union, you may cancel or return it within 14 days without justification, provided the item is unworn, unused, and in its original packaging with proof of purchase.
